AI/ML Engineer

Blue Eyes Infosoft Pvt. Ltd., a leading design and digital solutions company based in Kolkata, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent models that solve business problems. The role involves independent project ownership, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models and applications.
• Analyze datasets, identify patterns, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI pipelines and model performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps practices using Docker, Git, and cloud platforms.
• Keep up with recent trends in AI, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with data analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Good understanding of SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with APIs, model integration, and deployment techniques.
• Knowledge of deep learning concepts, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Kolkata office.
