Terms of Service

1. Who can use Gnixar Jobs

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this platform. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. For candidates

• Searching and applying for jobs on Gnixar Jobs is free.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, resume, and applications.
• An AI-generated or AI-tailored resume is a drafting aid — review it before it's submitted with an application; you remain responsible for its content.
• Applying to a job shares your application details with that job's recruiter (see our Privacy Policy).

3. For recruiters

• You must have the authority to post jobs on behalf of the company you represent.
• Job postings must be genuine, currently open roles — no fake listings, data harvesting, or unrelated advertising.
• You agree to use applicant data (resumes, contact details, application answers) solely for evaluating that candidate for the role applied to, and not to sell, rent, or share it with unrelated third parties.
• We may remove any job posting or account that violates these terms, at our discretion.

4. External application links

Some jobs redirect you to a recruiter's own application page instead of applying directly on Gnixar Jobs. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or application process of external sites you're redirected to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or our systems.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, job postings, company descriptions). By submitting it, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the platform — for example, showing your job posting to candidates, or using your resume content to prepare and submit an application.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Gnixar Jobs is a platform connecting candidates and recruiters — we don't guarantee that any candidate will be hired, or that any job posting will find a suitable candidate. Job matching and AI resume features are provided as aids, not guarantees of accuracy or results.

8. Termination

You may stop using Gnixar Jobs and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or misuse applicant data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gnixar Jobs after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
