Job Summary

Outlook Educational Services is looking for a confident and customer-focused *Customer Care Executive* to handle student enquiries and provide information about our overseas education and visa-support services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to follow up with prospective students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to student enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Explain overseas education and visa-support services clearly.
• Understand each student’s requirements and connect qualified leads with counsellors.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Update lead information in the CRM or company database.
• Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
• Coordinate with counsellors and other internal teams.
• Resolve basic customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily calling, follow-up and appointment targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working from the office during the specified shift.
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, education consultancy or visa services will be an advantage.
