Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional *Executive Assistant* to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track action items, deadlines, and important commitments.
- Assist with business travel planning, itineraries, accommodation, and expense reports.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefing materials as required.
- Support the executive in monitoring projects and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Organize files, records, contracts, and important documentation.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks assigned by senior management.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively resolve routine issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- *2–5 years of experience* as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in *Microsoft Office / Google Workspace*, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Calendar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional and confident interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

- Experience supporting CEOs, founders, directors, or senior executives.
