The Opportunity: An Apprenticeship in Real Leadership

This is not a traditional internship filing papers or running social media schedules.

You will start by directly shadowing *National Sales Manager*, working behind the scenes on high-stakes commercial strategies, doctor-facing scientific communications, and cross-functional projects. As you master our portfolios—from specialty therapeutics to advanced clinical nutrition and microbiology diagnostics—you will transition into an *Executive Assistant (EA)* role, serving as a trusted strategic right hand, coordinating key initiatives, and driving organizational follow-through.

What You Will Do

• *Scientific Doctor Engagement:* Decode clinical data, research papers, and trial dossiers to craft clear, credible communication materials that speak directly to superspecialists, oncologists, critical care heads, and clinical dietitians.
• *Executive Shadowing:* Shadow leadership in day-to-day strategic discussions, cross-functional reviews, and business meetings—taking precise notes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring execution.
• *Product & Brand Strategy:* Assist in developing scientific visual aids, product monographs, clinical dossiers, and training materials for our hospital-facing field teams.
• *Clinical Nutrition & Diagnostic Insights:* Leverage your scientific training to understand product indications, mechanism of action, and nutritional interventions, turning complex science into actionable doctor-facing value propositions.
• *Operations & Strategic Follow-Through:* Gradually take ownership of high-priority executive tasks, cross-department coordination (Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain), and key stakeholder correspondence.

Who We Are Looking For

• *Educational Background:* Bachelor’s or Master’s in *Clinical Nutrition / Dietetics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences*. A strong scientific grounding is mandatory.
• *Doctor-Level Fluency:* You can read a clinical study, understand lab reports and nutritional markers, and communicate with senior doctors and clinicians without feeling out of depth.
• *Intellectual Curiosity & Ambition:* A hunger to understand how pharmaceutical and diagnostics businesses actually run—from regulatory approval and clinical buy-in to hospital supply.
• *Executive Poise & Organization:* High attention to detail, exceptional note-taking ability, and the discipline to manage priorities without dropping the ball.
• *Communication:* Crisp, articulate spoken and written English with the ability to summarize complex discussions into clear bullet points.
• *On-Site Presence:* Must be based in or ready to relocate to *Jaipur* for an immersive, on-site learning journey.
