About the Role

Ganpati Homez is looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused *Showroom Sales Executive* for our *Lighting Division*. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom customers, understanding their lighting requirements, recommending suitable products and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget and project needs.
• Explain and recommend suitable *decorative, architectural and functional lighting products*.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, applications, quality and pricing.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order confirmation.
• Follow up regularly with enquiries and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Maintain customer enquiry, quotation and sales records.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts and Delivery teams for smooth order execution.
• Handle customer queries and provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on new lighting products and market trends.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and other relevant clients.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
• *1–3 years of experience in showroom sales preferred.*
• Experience in *Lighting, Electrical, Interior Products, Furniture, Hardware, Sanitaryware or Building Materials* will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable and professional personality.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and sales-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
