Social Media & Content Distribution Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a *smart, curious and data-driven Social Media professional* who understands social platforms, content distribution and organic growth.

The role will focus on *creating, distributing and repurposing content* across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube and relevant online communities, while using audience insights, trends and data to improve engagement and business impact.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Content Distribution

• Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social platforms.
• Distribute blogs, reports, videos, case studies and other content across social channels.
• Repurpose existing content into posts, threads, carousels, short videos and other formats.
• Manage daily and weekly content distribution activities.
• Identify relevant communities, groups and conversations for content distribution.
• Support company and founder/executive social media profiles.

Trends & Community Engagement

• Track the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms and audience behaviour.
• Monitor competitors, creators and industry conversations to identify opportunities.
• Engage with relevant audiences, communities and conversations.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, topics and distribution strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement and brand visibility.

Data, Analytics & Growth

• Study social media and website data to understand what is working, what is not and why.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, referral traffic and leads.
• Identify top-performing content and distribution opportunities.
• Use audience insights and performance data to improve content and social strategies.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports.
• Continuously test, learn and improve content and distribution methods.

AI & Content

• Use AI tools for research, content ideation, creation, analysis and productivity.
• Explore new AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to social media and content marketing.
• Use AI and data insights to improve content quality and execution.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Content, SEO and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate content distribution with upcoming blogs, reports, videos and campaigns.
• Connect social media activities with brand awareness, organic growth, demand generation and leads.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in *Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a related field*.
• Strong understanding of *LinkedIn, YouTube and other major social media platforms*.
• Good understanding of content distribution and repurposing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good content sense and the ability to identify what makes people stop, read, watch or engage.
• Curious about social media trends, creators, communities, AI and emerging tools.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to test, learn and experiment.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media/analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
