Social Media Executive

\*1. Role Summary:\* To grow Sia's online presence, get more customers to the store, and increase sales through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp.

\*2. Key Responsibilities:\*

A) Content Creation:\* - Take daily photos & reels of new collections (Churidar, Kurti, Saree, Fabric) inside store - Create attractive posters, offers, festival wishes - Write catchy Malayalam + English captions

B) Posting & Managing Pages:\* - Daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, Google Business Profile - Reply to all customer comments & DMs

C) Lead Generation & Sales:\* - Convert enquiries into store visits or online orders - Maintain customer WhatsApp broadcast list - Collect customer reviews and post them

D) Reporting:\* - Send daily report: How many posts, how many enquiries, how many sales - Keep all photos/videos organized in Google Drive

3. Required Skills:\*

• Must know Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook, Canva (basic)

• Good in Malayalam & English typing, friendly communication

• 0-2 years experience is okay, but must be active on social media

• Interest in fashion / ladies wear is a big plus

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
