Social Media Manager

About the Role

Hirevanta Consulting is looking for a creative and hands-on *Social Media Executive / Content Creator* who can independently manage our Instagram presence and create engaging content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with *shooting videos, editing Reels, creating social media content, and managing Instagram*.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Hirevanta's *Instagram account* on a day-to-day basis.
• Plan and create *Instagram Reels, Stories and other social media content*.
• Shoot short-form videos/Reels as required.
• Visit the office/location when required specifically for *content shooting*.
• Edit Reels and short videos with good transitions, captions, text, music and effects.
• Create creative and engaging content based on Hirevanta's services:
• Recruitment
• HR Consulting
• HR Courses
• Talent Acquisition & AI
• Suggest new *Reel ideas, hooks, trends and content concepts*.
• Write basic captions and CTAs for Instagram content.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Keep track of Instagram trends, audio, formats and content styles.
• Monitor basic Instagram performance such as views, reach, engagement and followers.
• Coordinate with the HR/management team for content requirements.
• Take ownership of the complete content creation process from *idea → shoot → edit → publish*.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of *Instagram Reels and social media content*.
• Must know basic *video shooting and Reel editing*.
• Familiarity with tools such as *Instagram Editor, Canva, VN, InShot, CapCut or similar editing apps*.
• Good sense of *trending content, hooks, transitions and visual presentation*.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Basic understanding of captions, hashtags and CTAs.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be comfortable coming for occasional *shoots in Surat*.
• Should be able to work independently in a WFH setup.

Who Can Apply?

*Freshers are welcome* if they have good practical knowledge of social media and can show their previous work, college projects, personal Instagram page or sample Reels.

Candidates with *up to 6 months of relevant experience* are also welcome.

*Important:* We are looking for skills and practical ability more than years of experience.

Work Structure

*WFH + Shoot-Based Visits*

The candidate will primarily work from home. However, they will be required to come to the designated location in Surat whenever video/content shooting is planned.
